Your data, our rules.
This is what personal data Lago al Mare processes, why and for how long – under the Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Which data
From the forms: name, email, phone, language, travel direction, month, number of guests, cabin and price preferences, departure point, dietary and accessibility information, interest in the ship's casino, your message. When visiting: server logs with IP address, browser and time.
Why
To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you book, reserve the voyage with the cruise line. Health and dietary information is sensitive; we process it only to arrange a suitable cabin and meals, and only because you provide it voluntarily.
Recipients
The cruise line or tour operator of your booking, rail and air carriers, our IT providers (hosting, email) and the customer money protection scheme. Never casino operators. Data may be transferred to the EU/EEA; for cruise lines outside the EU on the basis of statutory safeguards.
Cookies and advertising
Essential cookies and local storage: language choice, cookie setting, form protection. Only with your consent in the banner: Google Ads conversion measurement and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) via Google Consent Mode. Without consent no advertising cookies are set. Change at any time via «Cookie settings» in the footer.
Retention
Requests without a booking are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for ten years (statutory duty).

No gambling here
This website offers no gambling and processes no stakes, gaming accounts or winnings. We collect no data about your gambling behaviour.
